This service is available to our case management clients who require the assistance of support workers in their own home. We will support clients to arrange and manage the recruitment process from start to finish; from advertising the position to attending interviews, taking up references, DBS applications, coordination of contracts and ensuring the selected staff are offered an induction and trained according to the client’s individual and specific needs. Finding the right people

Here are some of the ways we can help you by finding the right people, ensuring they are properly trained and that they remain in post:

  • • We prepare a detailed job description
  • • We place the right advertisement, in the right publication(s)
  • • We handle inquiries, send out application forms and chase responses
  • • We arrange interviews, job offers and inform unsuccessful candidates
  • • We take up references.
  • • We obtain Enhanced Disclosures from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) – with which we are registered
  • • We arrange trial days, meet-and-greets, working with the client under supervision when appropriate
  • • We arrange indemnity insurance for the carers
  • • We give guidance on employment and personnel insurance
  • • We provide training and supervision for carers and support workers to maintain an enthusiastic, committed care team
  • • We provide advice and guidance on managing staff, from positive supervision through to disciplinary and grievance matters
  • • We also work with specialist agencies to provide either additional or total agency support if required
  • • We provide training and supervision for recruited carers and support workers.

Support plans are written in full consultation with clients to ensure their individual lifestyle choices, rehabilitation and therapy goals are taken into account. These are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure a person’s changing needs are met.


We provide effective ongoing management

Support workers are supervised regularly by their case manager who understands the needs of clients who have sustained serious injury. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to ensure the service is appropriate to their needs.


We offer a payroll support and services

Clear support and guidance is offered with the financial aspects of the calculation and payment of monthly wages including annual leave and statutory sick payments.
