At BB-REHAB Solutions we assess clients with complex disabilities and provide clear, concise and comprehensive Case Management reports. We provide Immediate Needs assessments in accordance with the 2015 Rehabilitation Code. We understand the importance of getting clients assessed quickly in order to put the intervention in place to facilitate their recovery and allow them, with appropriate rehabilitation, to reach their optimum occupational performance and regain their quality of life.




Once contact has been made, we forward a quote for the assessment and Case Manager CV. Once we receive instruction to go ahead and complete the assessment, we will contact the client and/or family within 2 working days and the face-to-face visit will usually happen within 14 days, subject to the client’s availability. The report is sent out within 10 working days of the visit unless it is required more urgently. Once a report is completed and we have instruction to commence input from the fund-holder, we can start our intervention immediately. We do not have a waiting list and we prioritise the instructions for initial needs assessments.


The INA Report will include the following:


  • • Current client details, medical and health issues and injuries sustained
  • • Client’s social and domestic situation
  • • Current support client receives and agencies involved
  • • Previous and current occupational status
  • • Physical restrictions caused by the injury and the impact on daily life
  • • Cognitive and behavioral issues and the impact on daily life
  • • Identification of case management and rehabilitation needs
  • • Recommendations for intervention and rehabilitation
  • • Detailed estimate of case management costs
  • • Costs of specific rehabilitation and treatment where this is known at the assessment stage.

Finding the right people


Here are some of the ways we can help you by finding the right people, ensuring they are properly trained and that they remain in post:

  • • We prepare a detailed job description
  • • We place the right advertisement, in the right publication(s)
  • • We handle inquiries, send out application forms and chase responses
  • • We arrange interviews, job offers and inform unsuccessful candidates
  • • We take up references.
  • • We obtain Enhanced Disclosures from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) – with which we are registered
  • • We arrange trial days, meet-and-greets, working with the client under supervision when appropriate
  • • We arrange indemnity insurance for the carers
  • • We give guidance on employment and personnel insurance
  • • We provide training and supervision for carers and support workers to maintain an enthusiastic, committed care team
  • • We provide advice and guidance on managing staff, from positive supervision through to disciplinary and grievance matters
  • • We also work with specialist agencies to provide either additional or total agency support if required
  • • We provide training and supervision for recruited carers and support workers.
